Planning Applications

The local Planning Authority for Old Milverton & Blackdown Joint Parish Council is Warwick District Council. The JPC is a statutory consultee and has a right to comment, object or support any application, as does anyone.

Any comment should be made to Warwick District Council Planning Department, preferably via the planning portal.

Notices are posted to immediate neighbours and, when it is a listed building or within a conservation area, a site notice may be posted nearby. The JPC posts here details of planning application consultations:
