Report shows north Leamington sites should not be in Local Plan

An independent site assessment commissioned by the parish council highlights numerous shortcomings in the decision to allocate land north of Leamington for development in the South Warwickshire Local Plan. The integrity of the Green Belt, the need for high quality agricultural land, and shortcomings in the council’s assessment process mean that the decision to include it in the Local Plan is unsound.
